• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is for 2 persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The large buffet breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, and there are no elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they all are very romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is not a private terrace but there is view over a very beautifull garden park and on the mountains.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the home is no smoking, except in the chimney lounge.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television in the lounge.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a wonderful dining room with "table d'hotes" on reservation.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chambery.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, close within 10 mn.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Chambery and Lyon.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 5 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  St. Pierre d'Albigny.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes on request and if vaccinated only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  "table d'hote" is open on request, and must be booked in advance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is Wi-Fi acces.
