• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Daily prices per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price of the rooms, and we serve a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay at check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors in the hotel but no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet, private romantic rooms overlooking the lake or the mountains.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms and apartments have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms and apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each rooms is equipped with Sat/TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In some rooms there is the air conditioning and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an outdoor swimming pool open from May to September.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible to rent a car in Omegna (10 km from us) or in Borgomanero (13 km from us).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are some grocery stores in the town of Pettenasco and in Omegna there are many Supermarkets.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Orta San Giulio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pettenasco, 500 mt from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pettenasco 1,5 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have one Jacuzzi indoor with hot water and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have a typical restaurant in the Hotel and a café.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
