• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but we rather you settle all expenses on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, German and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are nice and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do,we have an Internet point in the premises.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is, parking is available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Bourg Saint Maurice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Geneva's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is "Plagne centre".
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Aime-La Plagne's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (extra cost).

  Yes, you can. We also have WIFI in the reception and lobby.
