• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. We do not provide breakfast, because all apartments are equipped with a kitchen.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible to settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The are the ground floor and the first floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are large, with tipical mountain furniture, in wood.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, both apartaments have large spaces outside and a big balcony at the first floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The apartament at the first floor has the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  In one apartament guests are allowed to smoke, the other apartament is no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Tv color with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, it is really not necessary here in Livigno.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There are lots of Internet point in the town, 200 far from the chalet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Park place is free and always available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  It is possible rent a car at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Zurich, Bergamo, Milano.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange shuttle services from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 150 m far from the house. It goes directly to the ski area.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway stations are Tirano and Zernez.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Absolutely yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are some nice restaurants 150 m from the house.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, there is no possibility of Internet connection.
