• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It's a buffet breakfast, and it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are ground and first floor, and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are calm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace in front of the hotel, and a garden in the back side of the Hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.

  There is a private parking in front of the Hotel.

  At 5 minutes from the Hotel.

  At ten minutes, Chambery airport at Voglans.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, you can just come by taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 4 km in Chambery
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but is has an extra cost.
