  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person and according to the type of room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    It is not included in the price. The breakfast is a continental breakfast served as buffet with croissant, baguette, severals sorts of jam, butter, hot drinks such as coffee / hot chocolate/ hot milk and various teas. We propose also also hard boiled eggs, toast,cakes and biscuits, céréales, locals ham and cheese and fresh orange juice, yogourt. A nice breakfast to help you for a good start.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill on arrival if you wish to.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The langages spoken at reception are English, German, Italian, Spanish and Greck.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have got 2 floors and a lift which permit acess to all floors.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Most of the room has been recenlty refurbished and some of those very nice looking rooms are overlooking the theatre.
    Those rooms hase been looking after by a professional disigner.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The rooms are either oriented on the street side or on the back side which is the quieter side.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We have 2 rooms with a balconny where you can ask to be served your breakfast.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do have non smoking rooms, but in request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a modern tv in every room with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Every calls in has to be made throught reception desk and then reoriented to the appropriate room.
    Every calls out can be diretly made from the room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is no air conditioning in the room but there is central heating for winter.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do not have wi-fi at the moment but you can have access to Internet by the normal way using the telephone line.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is no swiming pool, but there is one very close to the Hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A controlled parking is available at a very close distance.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the train station or ask one of our staff to look after it for you.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest national airport is at 15 minutes from the Hotel, while the international airport is at 75 km, in Lyon.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Chambery-Challes Les Eaux, at 10 minutes walk.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes pets are more than welcome but with an extra charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No but we do work with plenty restaurants in the area.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes by the telephone plug.
