• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors, and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are different (colors, view...). So you can tell us what you prefer, according to our availability. The price is the same.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes (about 10).
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a television in each room with satellite Channels and Canal +.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. Each room has its own phone number.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes with no extra charge. It works only on summer.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have private garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hertz agency, at 20 meters from the Hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 500 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Annecy-Meythet, at 5 km, otherwise there is Geneva international airport, at 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No. Upon request, we can arrange a transfer with a taxi company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 200 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but it is extra cherged.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes but only for groups and seminars upon reservation.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. You also have WIFI Access in room (wireless). You can buy cards at rthe eception or on line.
