• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception our staff speaks Slovene, English, German, Italian, Croatian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three florrs and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is a cable Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all rooms there is seasonal air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from 9 am to 9 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free and private parking in front of the entrance of our hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Ljubljana Brnik or in Bled: in our hotel there is a Hertz rental service or in the shopping centre there is Avis rental service.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are and they are reachable by foot in few minutes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ljubljana Brnik is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, sorry, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Lesce-Bled.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness center: swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, solarium, squash court.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome but only on request and with extra cost.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
