• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our Continental Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can but you need to settle the extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but the Castle has a Medieval courtyard by the restaurant.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them have a connecting balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have both non smoking and smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is (according to season) and it is free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available outisde the walls of the Castle.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a shopping mall nearby.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Those are Pavone Canovese and Ivrea.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Caselle Turin.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have (on request, extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is only at 300 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is in Ivrea at only 3 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are but we only accept small dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not, but the premises are equipped with WiFi to which you can connect with your laptop.
