• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Chalet Li Palù have just one floor and do not have an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are comfortable and modern, the rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments have indipendent entrance and balcony if on the first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have Sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the apartments.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning, it is not necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No but there is one not far from the Chalet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, all the apartments have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes, you can rent a car in Livigno with Hertz.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Linate, Milano Malpensa, Bergamo Orio al Serio.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It is possible to organize a private transfer with taxi or bus.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is not far, about 100 m. from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Tirano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but you find a fitness center in many Hotels.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not for the moment.
