• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is a continental buffet, and it is not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels can be provided upon an extra fee.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, if you do not dine in the accommodation.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, and it is open on June, July, August, September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chambery or at Aix-Les-Bains (4-5 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are 2 supermarkets at 1,5 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Chambery-Aix airport, at 4 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. And it is for free.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel. It is the line Annecy - Chambery - Viviers du Lac.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Aix-Les-Bains.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
