  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    A full continental breakfast is included. Fresh fruit, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, home made jams, tea, coffee, chocolate and freshly baked local croissants and bread.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you wish.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, some Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are two floors, but we do not have the lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, they do have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    The coffee room has a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do, because "La Ferme" is a non-smoking. Smokers may smoke in the garden.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a TV with international channels in the guest lounge.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do have.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes. Subject to weather conditions, it opens in April and is closed for the winter in October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Secure parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Annecy.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a large commercial centre 10 min away.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    Yes, there are.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Geneva.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do have.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is no bus service in and out of the village.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Annecy.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry they are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not, although we serve dinner two evenings a week.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, although Internet access is available.
