Profile |
La Ferme du Champ Pelaz was originally built in 1844 as a typical Savoyard working farmhouse with a high pointed roof, overhanging eaves and a two bedroomed living area for the Bonnet family at the east end of the building. Its independent position in the tiny village of Pesey, close to Annecy, gives the house spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the Alps across the rolling Savoyard countryside. |
When the family finally ceased farming at the end of the 70's, the area around the building was enclosed for the first time. The first owners after the Bonnets started the process of converting the farmhouse to create more habitable space. This process of change and renovation has been continued through to the present day to offer what is now a very special country bed and breakfast for the discerning traveler. 'La Ferme' has spacious, well equipped guest bedrooms, each with en suite facilities. |
Visitors enter the grounds of the house through large electrically operated gates. These open onto its large terrace which not only provides secure parking but has mature willow and beech trees, lawns and well stocked flower beds. You will have the possibility to spend an unforgettable stay in a warm and pleasant ambiance. |
