  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    All our rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in the price. We have two different type of breakfast: continental and English breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Our guests usually settle their bill upon departure. However, you might make a prepayement on your arrival, if you wish so.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, German and Italian are spoken at the reception.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The Demeure has two floors, we have no lift, but there are rooms on the ground floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are different in size, as well as their decoration, but they are all quiet.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There's a large terace with a beautiful lake view.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of them have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All our rooms are non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is satellite television is in all the rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there are not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, but there is the lake very close to the poperty.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, there are a private garage and a parking.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car near the railway station in Annecy.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is one supermarket in the surroundings at 1 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is in Annecy, at 5 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we can pick you up from and to the airport.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is situated at 50 m.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Annecy train station, at about 5 km from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Yes, but it is possible only on request.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, littles pets are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there is a restaurant just close to the Hotel.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, all rooms are equiped with wi-fi.
