• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person, half board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The prices include breakfast and dinner.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, German, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There is as very nice and quiet Suite: the Suite Sole Mio. The hotel is in a quiet area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Almost all the rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is opened from 7 am till 8 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an outside parking free of charge and a garage (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the city centre of Bolzano.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Bolzano: 40 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but we can organize a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at 20 meters or Bressenone's bus main station is at 1 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Bressenone.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, for an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In some rooms you can.
