  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price. It is continental breakfast, for an american breakfast, there is a supplement.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, but extras need to be paid on the departure day.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and 2 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, we do have very quiet and private lounges.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Most of the rooms have balconies. A few have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, there are balconies or loggias.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we can grant a room, which was not occupied by a smoking person for a long time.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There Tv in every room with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, it is seasonal and in case of a hot weather we put an air conditionning unit for free in rooms.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We do have Internet access in every part of the Hotel, we also provide an Internet point on 1st floor.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    We have indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, we have a private car park and a private garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    On request at the time of booking.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, only 2 minutes from the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Geneva.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We can organise transfers from and to Geneva airport, for an extra charge.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Close to the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Evian, 5 minutes from the Hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Fitness center with 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi,sauna, steam room, hydro-contact trail...
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, for an extra fee.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We have 11 restaurants.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, we have also wireless access in every room.
