• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The total amount of the stay is normally debited on credit card 3 days before the arrival. However it is possible to settle the bill on arrival, if agreed during the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are only two floors: ground floor and first floor and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide all linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite television in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direcet dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in each room and it it free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an indoor swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The spacious parking place is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airports are Milano Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but upon request and at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Mantello.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Morbegno.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a well equipped wellness area with gym and jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not in the farmhouse but we can prepare a special area for them.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
