• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast at the bar, or a continental one in the room. Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, because of the extras that you may take during your stay.
  
  
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, and there is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Rooms at ground floor have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Not really.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There a television in each room, with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in each room, and it is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking outside and an inside garage available with extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 800 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Annecy-Meythet.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, the best it's to take a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Annecy.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Each room has a modem socket that you can use through your own computer.
