• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is and we offer a large breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floors and we have 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All lake view rooms are very quiet and romantic with a wonderful view of the island.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All rooms with lake view have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We offer Sat/tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Only our superior rooms are fitted with air-conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point in the hall.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool. Is open from the middle of May to the end of September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a free parking in the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the reception to call a car rental agency for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery 500 metres away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Pettenasco (500 mts).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milano Malpensa (45 Kms).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize a private transfer on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Omegna.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway stations are Pettenasco for the line "Novara - Domodossola" and Stresa for the line "Milano Torino".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in our property but our guests can benefit the fitness centre of the Approdo Hotel (same management, 1 kms away).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have two restaurants. One "a la carte" open for lunch and dinner. The other one is open only for lunch and offers snacks and main courses.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from your room with your own laptop.
