- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time (Check In time must be agreed beforehand upon reservation), Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room and per night, and varies depending on how many people spend the night (from 1 to 3). - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A rich "continental" style breakfast is included in the price and the jam is homemade, the cakes as well. - Is heating included in the price?
Of course it is... and if the weather is chilly, we will light up the big chimney in the dining-room for the added comfort of a sweet-smelling crackling woodfire. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
As you wish. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French, of course and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors (the attic remains an attic still), there is a beautiful grand staircase but no elevator - but we do have a ground floor room with easy access. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
There are very quiet and completely private rooms... we hope you will - as others have - find the rooms romantic... as well as the rest of the house. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The groundfloor room has a French window directly on the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, the upstairs rooms do not have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not have a non smoking policy - but guests rarely smoke in the rooms which are always well-aired. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is TV in the rooms only on request- sorry: no satellite. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there is not. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes there is, on request, we can organize an evening meal. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
In our private office - but we can make it available on request if necessary. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not, the lake is only 1 km away. - Is parking or garage available?
A free private parking space is available on our property. - Where can we rent a car?
In Annecy - or all airports and train stations. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
In Doussard (2 km), there are supermarkets, and all necessities. - Which is the nearest airport?
Geneva (65 km) Lyon (142 km) and now from Great Britain : Grenoble (147 km) - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, sorry we do not have. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
500 mt - bus service to Annecy (in summer, 1 km from here, you will also find a boat-service to Annecy). - Which is the nearest railway station?
Annecy (15 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
In the ground-floor room only - and if your pets do not chase our cats! - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not - but, on request, we sometimes cook an evening meal. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
