• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 10pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not. We'll settle the bill the day before your departure before 7 Pm. It's not possible to pay the morning of the day of your departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and a little bit of Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There isn't a lift and we have 3 floors (reception floor+2 additional floors).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel is quiet and some rooms are particularly romantic. Just ask us!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms have no terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are "non smoking".
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with TV and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Outside parking is available
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Grenoble airport and Grenoble city center.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Grenoble's at 96 kms.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but there are VFD shuttle from the airport to the Alpe d'Huez.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is "Huez village", at 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is in Grenoble at 64 kms.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a gym with bikes, runners...
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not welcome. Sorry!
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
