• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  2 family rooms have a roof terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  15 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All hotel is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone in the rooms but it is not with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not, but we can let use our PC at the reception (by arrangement).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but in Montchavin village, there is a swimming pool opened during the summer season (July and August).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available (extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Bourg saint Maurice or in Aime, 15 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Chambery's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No,we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Montchavin at 300 meters far from the hôtel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Landry's (7 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have wellness facilities: spa, hammam and jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (at extra cost).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
