• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, self-service breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our receptionists speak Slovene, English, German, Croatian and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors besides the ground floor. We also have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Since the hotel is located on a small hill by the lake all rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of the rooms have balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning in the hotel.

  Yes, we have a free internet/e-mail point for our guests in the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool in our hotel.

  Yes, there is a free and private parking by the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the shopping center in Bled - about 25 km from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery store at 50 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Brnik-Ljubljana which is about 65 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, but you have to pay extra for it.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Bohinjska Bistrica, 5 km from here.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there are sauna, solarium and massages available in our hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome, but only on request and with extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
