• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included and it comes in the form of a buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. All extras can be settled on departure/check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, French, German and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors in the building and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have LCD TV and we have only 4 international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in each room you can use Internet through the TV.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage but it is at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental office near the hotel (500 mt).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Brescia 110 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a 'ski - shuttle' in town.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stops are, at 20 mt Ski bus and at 50 mt bus to Trento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Trento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
