  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, it is.

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors including the ground floor. There is not lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are nice and quiet, the road that passes just in front of the hotel is not too busy.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

  On the other side of the road, we have a small private parking where guests can park.

  In Val d'Isère or Bourg Saint Maurice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Lyon's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
