• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, Italian, Slovenian, Croatian are spoken by our staff at the reception desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors with two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in every room there is a Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open all year. Aqua Larix comprises 400 metres of water surface (pools, geysers, whirlpools and waterfalls).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Kranjska Gora center or at Ljubljana and Klagenfurt airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Klagenfurt and Ljubljana are the neraest airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but only on request and with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station are: Jesenice, Tarvisio and Villach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a wellness center called Vita Centre (spa, therapies and massages)
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
