• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per day for two people on half board, excluded drinks.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Continental buffet breakfast is included, it can be served in your room or in the breakfast room, from 6.30 am on.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It depends on the period. During peak seasons, we ask for the stay to be entirely settled before arrival as instructed in the booking section.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, Italian, a bit of Russian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors including the ground floor and they are served by a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our suites are more spacious and very private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have a 15 meter heated swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private car park (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Moutiers or at the aiports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Chambéry's, there are also Lyon's and Geneva's that are not far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but we can help our guests out with this issue. Please ask at reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Courchevel 1850.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Moutiers's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have an entire spa "Lana Spa By Clarins" featuring Clarins products. Please note that children under 15 years old are not allowed between 6pm and 8pm. The Lana SPA by "Clarins" with Swimming-pool, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room. Massage, solarium and beauty treatment on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are (dogs). We also provide food. Please note that pets are not accepted in the restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have 2 restaurants, one gastronomic open for dinner and another with a fantastic terrace where customers can arrive ski-on-foot and enjoy our cold and hot buffets.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not, but we have WIFI Internet access in the salon and bar.
