• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is buffet style, and it is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We need a deposit to confirm the booking, then you can pay the rest at your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors with 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No, there are not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no need.

  Yes, we have one near the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have private shuttle service but we could book a taxi for you.
