• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast is served between 7am - 10.30 am in the Wintergarden/Brasserie.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, for the room rate. Incidentals must be settled on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Italian
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are located in 2 or 3 floors, there are 2 elevator in the hotel.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The most rooms are very quiet with mountain view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms on the ground floor have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The most rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The most rooms are non smoking rooms. During 2008 we want to make 100% non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is cable TV with national and international channels in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we have hot spots for lap tops.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool area is open daily from 7am - 8pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is possible around the hotel on the side slopes of the street, or a space in our indoor garage is possible on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are 3 car rentals in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Innsbruck in Austria is aprox. 60 kilometers far, Munich is about 130 kilometers far.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize a pickup service from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only 200 meters far from our hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There are a some fitness equipments and also 2 saunas, hot-whirlpool and a sun bank.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is Reindl's Restaurant and the Wintergarden/Brasserie.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  It is possible to use the telephone line with a modem or the wireless hot spots of t-mobile.
