Late cancellation before 40 days no penalty Late cancellation before 30 days: 10% of the amount min: 1 day stay Late cancellation before 15 days: 20% of the amount min: 2 day stay Late cancellation and no show 24 hours before arrival: 100% For all reservation confirmed, a deposit is required, the 30% of the amount, min 1 day stay, by authorization to debit this amount on a credit cart or bank transfert.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
