• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per room and day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast buffet style is included in room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel is located in the centre of the old town in a pedestrian zone, so there will be quiet room. The building has a romantic atmosphere because it is over 600 years old, well renovated so as the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is cable TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have wireless LAN for free use and an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Close to the hotel there is a public garage where you can leave your car at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airport or at the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Flughafen Innsbruck about 7 km from the centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Hauptbahnhof about 10 min walking distance from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we run a traditional Tyrolen well known restaurant with local dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
