• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 10pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast, and it is not included.
  Continental breakfast can be served in your room upon an extra fee.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English. Italian & Polish (by some staff).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are groundfloor and 1st floor. We do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are different and have personalized names : Baronne, Marquise ...
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one of our rooms have a little private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are no special non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms have a direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, please ask at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At rental car like Hertz and Avis close to the train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Annecy Meythet at 8 km and Geneva Cointrin at 40 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at about 200 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Annecy Center is 2 km from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a private jacuzzi in some rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, and it is extra charged.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are no restaurant in the property but you can find some at walking distance from the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
