• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental buffet breakfast, and it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 1 and half floors and we do not have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and most of them have view on the lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is an internal court.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there are three places in boxes and it is charged.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes at 2 minutes by foot.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Geneve, at 50 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel, and it serves Thonon, Geneve and Annecy.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Evian.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have two.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in the rooms there is the Wi-Fi connection at guests' disposal.
