- Festival Jazz Ascona: Annual event devoted to traditional jazz held in Ascona, Switzerland in July. Kaleidoscopic and versatile, jazz has been able to collect into its own language, through the years, rhythms and colors from every other musical genre.

- Locarno Film Festival: Held in Locarno, Switzerland in August. It always offers a rich and varied program, focused on the discovery of new film talent, together with an informal atmosphere uniting movie-goers and movie-makers.
Since 2002 the Locarno International Film Festival has been recognized by the world film producers as a "non-specialized competitive film festival", alongside Cannes, Berlin and Venice.

- Golf: Nearby you will find Golf Piandisole (9 holes) and Golf Des Iles Borromees (18 holes). This is located 500 metres above the sea level, with a southerly exposure. It is open all year execpt January. You will find 18 holes, with foreshortenings of rare beauty on the lakes and mountains that sorround it, to be played with amusement and skill.
