• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price. We serve a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can certainly settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian and English are spoken at the reception of the hotel.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors but we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes all the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No the rooms do not have any terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a TV in the rooms and there are international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No there is no telephone with direct dialling in the rooms, you have to dial the reception number first.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception there is a computer at our guets disposal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we do have parking available for customers. There is no extra charge for using it.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can go to the train station where you will find many companies with cars available to be rented.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  You have the Meythet airport at 20 minutes by car, and also the Geneva airport about 45 minutes driving from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not have a pick up or shuttle service from and to the airport but there are buses that will brings you to the train station of Annecy.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is close to the castle.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the train station of Annecy.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No we do not have a restaurant in the Hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is Wi-Fi connection to the entire Hotel, and this service is free of charge.
