• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our large buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are romantic with a nice view either on our park or on Stresa and Lake Maggiore.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Nearly all rooms have a balcony.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have Sat-TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have a free Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the reception to call a car rental agency for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a supermarket at 150 meters.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is located in the village of Stresa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The International Airport of Milano Malpensa is at 45 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise a private transfer on request either by taxi or by shuttle service (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 300 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Stresa (about 500 meters from the hotel)for the line Milano-Domodossola.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but within walking distance there is a wide dining choice.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
