Top to botton, inside and out is hotel is neat, clean and inviting.

I like to be informed and the website did a good job overall. It was why I chose it. After staying there I would suggest a better map, a better description of the ample breakfast and while it is close to the rail station, heavy bags would call for the short cab ride.

What a charming establishment. The owners are your hosts and they are fantastic. We felt welcome at all times. The breakfast was more abundant than expected. What a great start to your day abroad. Hotel Du Parc is a gem within Stresa. I would stay here anytime! You will fall in love with it too.

It was delightful- the family was a delight and even worried about our car- the room was huge as was the patio attached- felt like we were in heaven- the breakfast was perfect right up to the cappichino coffee. Highly recommend the hotel and your service.

with the dollar being tenuous- the price was more than anticipated- not the fault of the hotel- seems all hotels in EUrope ae expensive right now.

The hotel was beautiful and I was thrilled with our lovely room. They gave us the best room in the house, the original owners master bedroom with a huge balcony and a lovely view of the lake. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. Thank you Hotel du Parc!

The staff were delightful and very helpful. When we left the lady at reception came outside to wave goodbye on the front steps. I did not want to leave and will definitely be back.

We were greeted by the manageress and our cases were immediately taken up to our rooms by members of staff. They were very helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful in every way. Advised us about restaraunts to go to and places to visit. Clean towels every day. Linen changed every two days. Very good buffet breakfast, very plentiful.

Very helpful manager and manageress. They arranged the cabs and coach to take us to the airport. Payment for the hotel was quick and easy.

The railway line runs behind the hotel and maybe some people may not like to hear the trains but this didn't bother us.

A very nice hotel - not modern but the decor is in an Italian style. The hotel is set in lovely grounds. Extremely clean. Just a few minutes walk from the main town of Stressa with all the shops and restaraunts and also the train station. Would definitely stay there again.

Voucher wasn't necessary. We were taken to the room by a young lady, not just given a key and shown to the elevator.

Room was clean although there were some spider webs and spiders on the high ceilings; housekeeping was minimal during our stay; the beds were made and towels were replaced daily but that was about all.

It's a rather steep climb back to hotel from pedestrian area.
We were given probably the best room (#59)with a fantastic view of the lake and a French balcony.
We quickly became accustomed to the sound of trains rolling through day and night
Very nice buffet breakfast.

This is a place to stay in Stresa: small, family-run by the original owners of the villa, nice grounds, accommodating staff, parking, convenient, good service, wonderful breakfast....

We were able to leave our luggage for collection later which was useful

There is train noise at the back of the building but we got used to it quickly and it did not put us of at all.

Impressive building with lots of character and a friendly welcome and good service during our stay. One of the first hotels that my partner Andrew had nothing negative to say about.
