• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 6pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available at extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff, besides Italian, speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has three floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have a balcony.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have several national and international TV channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not but the rooms are very airy and fresh.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in our lobby available for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private car park and a private garage (the latter is available at extra cost).
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  Stresa (Avis car rental) or Locarno (Hertz).
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket 5 minutes walking from our Hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the historic centre of Cannobio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa (80 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Taxi transfers can be arranged at extra cost asking the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is just 3 minutes walking from our Hotel, in the town centre near the church.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway stations are:
  - Verbania (Italy) 30 km
  - Locarno (Switzerland) 20 km
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many dining facilities nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
