• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask our guests to prepay their stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors including ground floor served by a lift. Please note that reception is on the 1st floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. Please ask upon reservation.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have Lan wireless only in our lobby, free of charge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have indoor and outdoor swimming pool (our outdoor pool is open only in summer).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Seefeld.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Innsbruck.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Seefeld's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
