• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
  Our reception is open from 8am to midday and from 2pm to 8pm; for all arrivals apart from this shedules, please contact the residence.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartement.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is compulsory.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, and 3 with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Flat screen Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning for free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet point at reception + wifi access in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available for an extra fee. Booking necessary.
• Where can we rent a car?
  500 m from the residence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Geneva: 49km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Annecy train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but you can have meals delivered in your room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, wi-fi access for free.
