• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room for 1 or 2 persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast served at the table, or a buffet breakfast. It is not included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French - English - German - Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms and apartments are all different and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes at reception (in extra).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have an outdoor swimming pool, open in summer time.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception will be able to organize it for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In the towns near the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International airport Saint-Exupéry near Lyon.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but we can organise a taxi transfer.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the centre of Le Bourget du Lac at 10 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chambéry or Aix-les-Bains.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have the restaurant "Le Bateau Ivre". The Chef is Jean-Pierre JACOB (2 stars in the Michelin Guide).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
