• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental buffet breakfast is included.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At reception desk the staff speaks Slovenian, Croatian, English, German, Italian and a bit of Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we have 3 elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have a cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms with lake view have air conditioning and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is open from 7.00 till 20.00 weekdays and from 7.00am to 8.00pm (from Monday to Friday) and from 7.00am to 9.00pm (Saturday and Sunday).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free and private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Ljubljana airport, in the car rental point in the shoppinmg center in Bled or you can ask directly to the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ljubljana International Airport is the nearest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lesce-Bled is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is gym, Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming-pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but only in the rooms with park view.
