Santa Caterina is 1738 meters on the sea level and is the ideal place for ski lovers. The town is surrounded by Ortles-Cevedale mountains, and benefits of many and famous sly slopes. These ski slopes welcomed the World Championship in 1985 and are the settings of different international competitions. Santa Caterina counts 13 ski slopes of more than 3000 meters on the sea level.
