• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is inluded in the price. It is buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay your bill as well on arrival as on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some quiet rooms on the back side of the hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have only 4 rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The second floor is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in the rooms. It is cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have no air conditioning in the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have internet access in the room and wireless lan in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Europcar is the nearest.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Munich is the nearest airport - about 1 and a half hour by car or by train.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a shuttle or pickup service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a sauna in the hotel. It is complimentary for hotel guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can
