 The brand new extension to the French ski resort Les Arcs, ARC 1950 offers an unlimited range of leisure activities in the summer. The entirely pedestrian resort is a haven for relaxation with its pastures and forests and the stillness of the mountains. At the Radisson SAS Resort ARC 1950 we offer, free of charge, an official mountain guide who will accompany you on hike four days a week in the surrounding mountains. You can indulge your interest in the local flora and learn more about animals such as ibex and chamois. |

 In the winter, one of the most famous ski area in the world is at your feet when you stay at the Radisson SAS Resort ARC 1950.
ARC 1950 is at the highest level of the French ski resort Les Arcs, which is part of one of the most extended ski area in the world, Paradiski. This huge ski complex offers a range of 239 runs across 425 kilometers over a 2,000 meters uninterrupted vertical drop. The ski area also offers off-piste and free ride tracks; but is not the only gem of this alpine treasure. The breathtaking view facing the Mont Blanc is a delight and the area offers innumerable opportunities for snow-shoering, ski jeering, and sled dog rides to name a few. |
 Restaurant in Arc 1950:
No need to shoe your snow boots to get to "Los Chicanos" : a few steps out from the lobby the new Spanish / South American restaurant makes the whole family travelling in the warm atmosphere of the latino cuisine when it is freezing outside.
Restaurants in the resort opening hours :
Breakfast : 08 a.m. till 10 a.m. every day (Los Chicanos only)
Lunch : 12:00 a.m. till 2:30 p.m.
Dinner : 07 - 23 p.m.
But you will be spoiled with choice for going out for dinner : EAST, an Asian restaurant faces "LOS CHICANOS", and you can find within a few minutes walk 4 other places to enjoy Italian cuisine at "Chalet de Luigi", or "La Casa", and of course the traditional fondue and special mountain dishes from Savoie are being served "Chez Anne", unless you would prefer a French pancake at "La Crêperie".
Bars in Arc 1950:
Open 11 a.m. till late at night, the 4 bars and pubs nearby are lively places often with live music. Have a drink with your friends in a lively atmosphere or enjoy an after skiing reviving cocktail. After skiing tea (or after diving into the outdoors swimming pool) could be a great idea : the new "Salon de Thé" is located straight across the pedestrian street from the reception. |
