• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, and we propose a very rich continental buffet breakfast (it is more like a brunch).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, a little Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, Suites more than the others.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the Suites. There is also a garden with terrace available to everybody.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and it is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the Hotel there is a business centre with computers upon request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a closed parking for an extra charge,. There are also some free places outside, facing the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Geneve and Lyon are at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we are very close to the train station, and you can easily arrive by train.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 500 meters from the Hotel, at train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Aix-les-Bains.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do have a fitness centre with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a "brasserie".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The whole Hotel is equipped with free Internet access through Wi-Fi connection.
