  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 5pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, we do not serve breakfast.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Is included in the price for the rooms, not included in the price for the apartments.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, Dutch and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and we have two elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Quiet rooms are at the back, panoramic rooms are at the front. All rooms have double glazed windows. For special occasions we suggest our suites.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    The first set per person of linens and towels is included, every extra change that follows is payed for extra.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms do have a private balcony and there is a public terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Almost all rooms do have a private balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Every room/apartment has air conditioning. It is seasonal and included in the price for the rooms, not included in the price for the apartments.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, each apartment has a dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but in every room there is ADSL connection.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    The Residence does not have it's own garage, but in front of the building and close by there are free public parking places.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The nearest car rental is in Stresa (4 km).
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, Residence dei Fiori is located in the centre of Baveno.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    We are located in the centre of Baveno.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Milano-Malpensa airport (60 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not but we can arrange a private taxi service on request. There is also a convenient shuttle service running from Malpensa airport to Baveno. The transfer takes about 1 hour.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    150 metres far from the residence.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    In Baveno (500 mt).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    In every bathroom there is a Jacuzzi tub or Jacuzzi shower, but for Gym, Sauna and Turkish bath the nearest possibility is in Verbania-Intra.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Only small pets.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but next door there is the restaurant "Il Portico" (same management).
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can.
