  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is a buffet, and it is not included but can be booked in advance.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is of course included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, bill can be settled on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Italiano, German (some Spanish).
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 2 floors with no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are the same.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Bed linen and towels are included, no need to bring them.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some rooms have balcony, there is a terrace accessible for all apartments.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of them
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All the apartments are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is TV with satellite channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditionning in almost all apartments, and it is included.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is not a dining room, but we have a breakfast room, a meeting room, and a bar.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, but there is Internet Wi-Fi, and it is included (ask the wep key at the reception).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No swimmingpool but the beach of the Lake is 1,2 km away.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a private carpark, and it is included.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Annecy, at the train station.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, in Menthon at 800 meters, it is open 7/7.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The closest national airport is Annecy and the closest international airport is Geneva Cointrin.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Avalaible on demand, at the same price than the taxi.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At 50 meters away. Bus stop is Echarvines. (Line Annecy - Talloires).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Annecy, at 12 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes on demand.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is a bar only.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available.
