Very impressive property - well-maintained, clean, the owners obviously take pride in their establishment.

The owners made themselves available for questions and were very patient with us. They were also very accomodating - serving a very late breakfast to a sleepy teeange girl!
They helped us with dinner reservations and even hotel reservations for our trip home.

We will definitely return.

The proximity to Annecy is ideal - we were able to visit the city without having to stay in the midst of the hustle and bustle and noise. The other small towns around the lake were also easy to reach from the hotel.
Antoine is very knowledgeable about sporting activities in the area (hang-gliding, canyoning, etc).

We were only able to stay 2 nights, but this would be a perfect place for a longer stay; the rooms are spacious and the kitchenette was well supplied. Everything was immaculately clean. The owners made us feel like special guests - no request was too large or too much trouble. I've stayed in hotels that were just as nice, but I must say that Antoine and Nadine are by far the best hosts!

The owners of Residence were readily available when we arrived. We were personally shown our apartment. Everything was VERY clean and in order. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay.

Our stay in Residence Florimontane was WONDERFUL!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Upon leaving, our bill was ready and check-out was very easy. Much to our surprise, the price was a bit less than originally quoted.

As previously stated, our stay at Residence Florimontane was the highlight of our trip to Annecy. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will not look for any other place to stay when returning to the area.
