- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment for a 7 day stay. For shorter period please contact us. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Our Apartments are self catering. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Bills can be settled on arrival, but we normally ask to do that the day before departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
There is no reception at Residence San Marco. On arriving at Livigno you have to call at Hotel Galli reception (less than 100 meters away from the apartments) At Hotel Galli reception English, German. French and Italian are spoken. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
At Residence San Marco there are four floors, three floors above ground level and one bilow street level. There are no elevator in the building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Some apartments are quiter than other and they all have a nice mountain view. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Bed linens are provided and changed on a weekly base. Bath towels are not supplied. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
They is a private garden at the back of the building. Deck chairs and tables are provided in summer. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, some of them. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Every apartment has a Tv set. National and international channels (satellite Tv) are available. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There are no telephones in the apartments. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Livigno is at 1.800 meters above see level and air conditioning is not necessary. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
At Residence San Marco thre are no commune rooms. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, but every apartment has ADSL Internet connection. For terms and conditions you have to enquire at Hotel Galli Reception. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We have no swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
In front of the building there is a parking for our guests, you are also welcomed to used the indoor garage at Hotel Galli for an extra charge. - Where can we rent a car?
At Livigno there is a Hertz office, should you be in need to hire a car. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Bergamo (Orio al Serio) or Milan in Italy or Zurich in Switzerland and Innsbruck in Austria. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We do not have a pick up service, but on request we can arrange for a taxi or a minibus to meet you at the airport. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop for coaches of the Livigno/Bormio line, is at the San Rocco church (50 meter away). - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Tirano in Italy or Zernez in Switzerland. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have no fitness centre in the property, but guests are welcomed to use the facilities at Hotel Galli. An entrance fee is required. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturbe the other guests and are used to live indoor. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is no restaurant in the property but the nearest one is less than 100 meters away. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Every apartment has ADSL connection. For terms and conditions you have to enquire at Hotel Galli Reception
